Order Processing & Delivery

After the order was placed at 5ound-Life.com we need 1-2 business days to process the order. You will be notified by email when the order was dispatched.
At our delivery service! We are committed to delivering your package within 7 to 10 days. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. appreciate your business!

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

If your dissatisfied with our product, you can refund within 3 days of your purchase and the refund will be processed within 7-10 days from recipe of product.
Incase of Damage, Customers are requested to open the packaging with video, Claim of damages without video will not be considered.
Customers can send the product to destination address on To-Pay Basis. 

Warranty

You can contact us for consultations and after-sales assistance. Our products come with a 1-year warranty, which includes free repairs during this period. To avail warranty service, you would need to send the device to our service centers in India or China bearing the shipping costs. We will repair the device and return it to you without any additional shipping charges.
Please note that repairs after the warranty period will incur charges.

Obtaining Warranty Service:
To request a Warranty Service Order within the Limited Warranty Period (from the date of product receipt), please contact us. You must deliver the product, either in its original packaging or packaging of equal protective quality, to the address specified by our support team.
In accordance with applicable laws, we may require proof of purchase and/or compliance with registration requirements before providing warranty service.
It is essential that you back up any data, software, or other materials stored on the product before sending it for service. During the repair process, there is a possibility of data loss or reformatting, and 5OUND cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of such data, software, or materials.
