Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

If your dissatisfied with our product, you can refund within 3 days of your purchase and the refund will be processed within 7-10 days from recipe of product.
Incase of Damage, Customers are requested to open the packaging with video, Claim of damages without video will not be considered.
Customers can send the product to destination address on To-Pay Basis.

Warranty

To avail warranty service, you would need to send the device to our service centers in India or China bearing the shipping costs. We will repair the device and return it to you without any additional shipping charges.
